Make a Difference Every Day

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit, you will provide and coordinate specialized nursing care in accordance with professional nursing standards and the Clinical Specialty of Critical Care and Emergency/Ambulatory Care Nursing. Working within a collaborative healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

This role requires nurses who can independently practice within both the ICU and Emergency Department settings, while also supporting Acute Care Unit responsibilities as delegated by the Head Nurse or Nurse in Charge.

Shift Rotation:

  • Rotating Days and Nights
  • 07:00 to 19:00/19:00 to 07:00

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Completion of a recognized specialty program in Intensive Care Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in both ICU and Emergency settings.
