Northern Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN or RPN) to join our Inpatient Substance Use Withdrawal Unit at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. About the Role

Reporting to the Withdrawal Management Unit Program Lead and working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide holistic, recovery-oriented nursing care to individuals experiencing substance use withdrawal. Through assessment, monitoring, education, and collaboration with patients, families, and care providers, you will develop and implement personalized care plans that support recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
  • Current practicing registration as an RN or RPN with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Two years of recent related clinical nursing experience in a Mental Health and Substance Use setting

 Shift Rotation

Rotating Days and Nights

  • 07:00 to 19:00/19:00 to 07:00
