Of nearly 800 hospitals across the U.S. and Canada participating in the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP), Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) has been recognized among 66 hospitals deemed “Meritorious” for our surgical quality composite score in 2017 and again in 2019
In October 2018, Accreditation Canada awarded Peterborough Regional Health Centre with Stroke Distinction – a designation indicating that PRHC “has demonstrated national leadership in the provision of high-quality stroke care.”
PRHC’s current Strategic Plan runs from 2020 to 2024. A copy of the Strategic Plan is on PRHC’s website. PRHC will be begin the process to develop the new Strategic plan in 2023.
