Our clients, Norfolk General Hospital (NGH) and West Haldimand General Hospital (WHGH) are fully accredited community hospitals located in Ontario’s beautiful South Coast Lake Erie region between Hamilton and London. NGH operates 106 inpatient beds and WHGH operates 23 inpatient beds.
In 2015 NGH and WHGH initiated a process to share a single leadership team. The two communities served by these hospitals have been connected by care with a strong physician partnership, including a shared surgical program and a number of medical specialists, for over 30 years and moved forward with a shared leadership structure to strengthen that partnership.
If you are seeking a rewarding clinical and leadership environment where you can shape a bright future, join the NGH and WHGH Leadership Team as Chief of Staff
Reporting to both Boards of Directors and working in partnership with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal strategic leadership role to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care. This key leadership position will guide the professional staff and build upon a solid foundation of clinical excellence while championing the implementation of best practices for the organization and its medical stakeholders.
Possessing a stellar clinical reputation, the optimal candidate will be a practicing generalist or specialist physician with experience in a community or academic hospital environment and will have a leadership track record of building innovative, sustainable, quality clinical service delivery programs by inspiring excellence in others to lead progressive change.
