Humber Meadows LTC is being designed as a 320 bed, Long-Term Care Home that will be located at Finch RCC Campus. The home will provide much needed long-term care capacity to the north-west catchment of Toronto. The six-floor home is being built in partnership with Humber River Hospital, the Ministry of Long-Term Care, Infrastructure Ontario, the Ministry of Health and EllisDon. The home is scheduled to open late 2022.
