The Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre is one of Ontario’s largest and most innovative long-term care homes. Located on a 25-acre campus adjacent to The Ottawa Hospital, it is a unique Seniors Village with 450 long-term care beds, 139 independent-living apartments, and a growing number of clinical, therapeutic and recreational services available on-site. Perley Rideau is proud to serve a wide range of seniors in the community, including Veterans, and has earned a reputation of providing high quality care to the people it serves. This commitment to excellence was recognized by Accreditation Canada in 2018 by being awarded with ‘Exemplary Status’ following the accreditation process.
