I am a self-directed, courageous and highly motivated professional, with over fifteen (15) years of
experience in managing robust accounting for complex businesses, with significant financial reporting
exposures. My core competencies include, but not limited to, building strategic relationships and
partnerships, and facilitating and nurturing environment of collaboration and cooperation.
The CFO provides vision, direction, and strategic leadership of the following corporate services: Finance,
Information Technology, Risk Management, Facilities Management, Environment Services, Food Services,
Health Records & Admitting, Material Management, and Human Resources. The CFO is responsible for
financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, financial strategy, organizational performance
reporting, and multi-year operational and capital budgeting. The CFO provides a proactive and
collaborative approach to financial guidance and advice to the Board of Directors, CEO and other members
of senior leadership and management teams. The CFO is leading strategic efforts to grow revenue and
ensure that the hospital’s financial position continues to be strong and supports innovation and growth.
The CFO plays a key role in developing and implementing the hospital's approach to funding reform which
includes bundled care pricing, future OHT partnership pricing and/or funding strategies, and anticipated
changes to the hospital base and performance funding formulas.
