The foremost challenge that health systems face today is delivering care that is 'good, fast, and cheap.' Any 'misalignment' in these objectives leads to prolonged decision-making, eventually creating silos within healthcare organizations.
Over the last ten years, I have helped numerous C-Suite executives implement strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of care/improve clinical outcomes (good), reduce wait times (fast), and use innovation to lower the financial strain on the system (cheap).
My USP is to build bridges and align stakeholders toward a common goal. One way I have achieved this is by leveraging my background as a trained physician, which allows me to understand clinicians' perspectives better.
The breadth of my experience ranges from working at:
- The largest primary care center in Asia to
- The largest private hospital in Asia (1,600+ beds) to
- One of the largest health provider networks in Asia with 36 hospitals, 4,000+ beds, and 400+ diagnostic centers under its management
