I am a passionate budget conscious driven leader with experience with a broad system wide scope of responsibility having begun at the unit level through to the regional and provincial level. Eleven years of acute frontline emergency experience in Canada, USA, & UK followed by a further nine years of operational leadership experience in clinical education, clinical support management, medicine and emergency (ED) unit and program management, as well as two years of facilitation experience at a provincial level.
