The Vice President, Finance & CFO offers senior level, strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Finance operations across Sinai Health. This vital senior leader works collaboratively and effectively with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management, and Board Members, helps advance Sinai Health’s Strategic and Operating Plan, and actively participates in healthcare networks and government activities. Leading teams of professionals, the Vice President, Finance & CFO is accountable for financial planning & budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, capital planning, commercial business strategy and operations, treasury, and sourcing and procurement.
The preferred candidate will have a professional accounting designation with direct experience leading the finance function in large, multi-site, complex organizations. A proven track record in leading change and transformation at the executive level, and experience working closely in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team and a Board of Directors is highly desirable. Healthcare / hospital expertise is strongly preferred, as well as a deep understanding of or affinity for the culture and partnerships that define Sinai Health’s environment.
