ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced clinician leader to join our team at an exciting time of transformation, to provide clinical leadership for safe and high-quality rehabilitation services and enable HIRO’s success in the evolving health and human services sector.
The Chief Rehabilitation Officer (CRO) will provide strategic leadership for health provider practice, ABI rehabilitation programming, quality and safety. They will oversee residential and community-based client services, and lead planning, delivery and evaluation of ABI rehabilitation services. They will facilitate the development and exchange of emerging best practices, as well as application of current best practices in HIRO’s programs.
Reporting to the CEO as a member of the Senior Management Team, they will promote and facilitate a culture, systems and resources to optimize a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach that includes regulated health professionals, unregulated staff, clients and families. Working closely with leadership, they will serve as a key liaison between the Adjunct/Sessional Providers and the agency and ensure that clinical services and rehabilitation programming are closely integrated within the agency and in the broader ABI community and health/social services system. The CRO will play a leadership role in developing and stewarding relationships and revenues from non-fundraising sources.
