Vice President, Partnerships and Chief Nursing Executive

The HPHA is a voluntary alliance of four hospitals (Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital) strengthened under a single governance and staff structure, providing exceptional care across the continuum of acute and community-based services. Situated in Southwestern Ontario our hospitals are located in Huron and Perth Counties, two hours west of Toronto, where you will find rich culinary, cultural, heritage, outdoor and festival experiences. With an annual operating budget of $148 million, the HPHA has over 1,100 staff represented by three unions and a non-union group, 500 volunteers, and a growing number of medical staff. The VP, Partnerships and CNE is part of a lean senior leadership team which creates opportunities of high impact and influence to drive organizational change.
HPHA is a proud member of the Huron Perth and Area Ontario Health Team.
The VP Partnerships & Chief Nursing Executive is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating acute patient care and leading Nursing standards within the relevant provincial Acts, regulations and HPHA policies and procedures. A senior Leadership position demonstrating the mission, vision and values of the HPHA, the VP Partnerships & Chief Nursing Executive is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and interfaces with HPHA Local Advisory Committees and Foundations, Ministry Representatives, regional Chief Nursing Executives and other official organizations and agencies as required.
