Supported by a talented team of more than 7,700 physicians, nurses, health care professionals and volunteers across 16 locations, Lakeridge Health is working with partners to create an integrated health system that empowers people to achieve their best health.

The Board of Trustees wishes to recruit an accomplished senior leader to take Lakeridge Health to its next level of achievement, building upon the high performance and innovation abundantly evident in the organization. Possessing exceptional business acumen and financial sophistication, the new President and CEO will ideally be conversant with the operational and clinical performance metrics and quality indicators integral to the leadership of a large, complex, health system.

Having exemplary communication skills and the courage of his/her convictions, the candidate sought will build and champion Lakeridge Health’s profile, and make strategy come alive through thoughtful operational execution. With experience in or affinity for health system development (consistent with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Quadruple Aim), collaborative partnerships, and government negotiations, the preferred candidate will effectively leverage the remarkable skills and talents of Lakeridge Health’s staff and volunteers.

The new President and CEO will demonstrate success in formulating and implementing creative and innovative initiatives designed to simultaneously improve the health of our community, the care experience of our patients and families and the wellness of our team as we deliver care, while also ensuring financial sustainability. The President and CEO will continue to advance Lakeridge Health’s Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement Framework building a culture where people feel safe, valued and recognized for their individual and shared achievements.
