The Opportunity As the Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will delegate and provide nursing care for children and youth with behavioral, emotional and psychiatric disturbances. Within the context of a multi-disciplinary team and in a residential setting, you will provide care and treatment to children and youth, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation. This is a casual position at Queen Alexandra Centre for Children’s Health, a facility that provides stabilization, assessment, treatment planning and short-term interventions for children and youth aged 6 to 16 years. The salary range is $34.83 - $45.73 per hour. Qualifications You are registered with the BC College of Nursing Professional as a practicing RN registrant or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of BC, and have two years of recent related experience, including one year psychiatric experience.
