The Associate Chief of Nursing Practice provides strategic vision and leadership to create an interprofessional culture that is innovative, collaborative, accountable, safe, outcome-focused and evidence-informed across the Hospital for Sick Children. This leader combines knowledge of patient care, continuous process improvement, safety and implementation science, professional standards, and regulation to promote excellence in the delivery of patient / family centered care. Relies on leadership experience, judgement, and evidence to plan and execute goals.
