An advocate and champion for client and family engagement and service excellence, the Vice President, Client Services (VP) is responsible for leading the ongoing development and delivery of all contracted publicly funded home care  services and community support programs offered by VHA. Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP works in close collaboration with the senior team in the areas of patient safety, quality and risk management, and with Client Service leaders to ensure the best possible client outcomes. The VP provides strategic input to the organization in the areas of new program development, service partnerships and business opportunities. In addition, the VP works closely with the VP Integrated Care and Partnerships to ensure the growth and success of VHA’s integrated care and Ontario Health team initiatives.

With established credibility and reputation as a leader within the community home health sector, the ideal candidate will bring a record of accomplishment in healthcare management at a senior level to this critical position. An inspirational and strategic leader, the VP will display an unparalleled passion for excellence and possess exemplary project management skills, superior business knowledge and a change management mindset. Current registration with a regulated health profession, a commitment to ongoing education/professional development and a relevant Masters degree is preferred.
