The Director, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and Organizational Development is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and measurement of: i) internal and external activities to support the organization’s commitment to address racism and discrimination and an equitable environment for all; and ii) an approach to talent acquisition, talent management, engagement, and organizational development that promotes diversity, inclusiveness and equity both within the workplace and the communities that we serve. The Director will have a keen understanding of how inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility contribute to the development of a healthy, engaged, accessible and equitable workplace, and an accessible and acceptable health care system that brings about positive health outcomes in the population. Guided by principles of accountability, transparency, and trust, the Director will support Lakeridge Health to move towards a more inclusive, equitable, and just organization for team members, and a recognized leader and ambassador of change in the Durham Region.
