Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services, and working in close partnership with the Program Chief & Medical Director for Women’s and Children’s Health, the successful candidate will play a key role in building and sustaining excellence in the Trillium Health Partners (THP) Regional Women’s & Children’s Health Program. The Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality care for patients and their families across THP and in all portfolio areas, including Birthing Services, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Paediatrics, Gynaecology (inpatient and ambulatory services). and designated Gynecologic Oncology Centre, while respecting and working with the differences inherent to each site.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of progressive, professional experience in healthcare and must be a member in good standing of a regulated health profession. Clinical experience in the areas of Women’s and Children’s Health is considered a strong asset. The new Director will excel by building relationships, promoting collaboration, managing change, and seeking out innovative solutions. A transformational and results-oriented leader, the successful candidate will have the ability to continuously improve the staff and patient experience and engage deeply with our care team with a relentless passion for patient-and family-centred care, inter-professional practice, and patient and family engagement.
