RMH is seeking a full-time permanent Health, Safety and Wellness Manager, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. As a key member of the RMH leadership team, the successful applicant will be responsible for ongoing development and delivery of Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness programs including baseline health assessments and health surveillance in accordance with the OHA/OMA Communicable Disease Protocols, annual influenza immunization program, Respiratory Protection program, supporting the Workplace Violence Prevention program and Workplace Ergonomics program, and supporting the claims management program with our external provider, and overall responsibility for the internal responsibility system as it relates to safety in the workplace and wellness initiatives.
