The Department of Orthopedics supports over 100 beds across two buildings at the RAH, the Orthopedic Surgery Centre (OSC) & the Active Treatment Centre (ATC). We are looking for an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative care team, providing medical care to orthopedic patients. Our units provide care to patients facing orthopedic health challenges through a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Care Aides, Clinical Nurse Educators, Allied health professionals, fellows, physicians as well as patients and their families. All disciplines work with patients and their families to support a holistic care plan thus enhancing the patient’s journey to wellness. The Nurse Practitioner is a self-directed Advanced Practice Nurse and reports to the Orthopedic Surgery Centre (OSC) Patient Care Manager (PCM).

As of July 2023, the exterior is now complete, and construction is focused on the interior spaces.
