As HRH continues to be a pioneer in delivering high quality, efficient, and innovative healthcare, they are seeking a passionate, transformational leader as their new Director, Clinical Innovation and Transformation.
Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Programs and the Chief Information Officer, the new Director is a passionate advocate and driver of innovation and enhanced patient care across HRH. She/ He will work collaboratively with the Clinical Program Directors, Professional Practice, and Information Communications and Automation Technologies (ICAT) team to identify opportunities for quality improvement and foster a culture of healthcare transformation. The new Director will use data-driven evidence to address complex, challenging health care priorities, including capacity and patient flow. She / He will build a roadmap for innovative changes and process redesign while strengthening the governance, monitoring, and reporting of the HRH change adoption strategy.
As the ideal candidate, you are a Clinician (ideally a Nurse), with a Master’s in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or Health Informatics along with relevant certification (PMP, ITIL, COBIT, or Six Sigma) and 10+ years’ clinical experience. You are a seasoned healthcare leader with a track record of delivering innovative change to the healthcare system. A natural relationship builder, you have inspired and motivated diverse stakeholder groups to drive transformation. Your strong project management and financial accountability has led to achieving business results on time and within budget. You are strategic and analytical with an ability to demonstrate impact to key stakeholders.
