The Patient Flow department at Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking innovative leaders with relevant experience, working in a Professional Health department in a healthcare environment. With a focus on patient care, the incumbents will plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of the Bed Allocation department. They will provide support to the flow of patients in and out of HSN beds and provide weekend management support on other issues as required.
The successful candidates should have a minimum of a Diploma in a regulated health profession, from an accredited program and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a clinical department within a health care environment. Experience working in a leadership/supervisory role is required.
