Make a Lasting Impact. Lead Hands in improving the lives of clients, families and Northern Ontario communities.
Throughout your career, you have applied clarity of vision, innovative thinking, tenacity and inclusive leadership to break through the status quo. With Hands TheFamilyHealthNetwork.ca, you will serve more than 11,000 families across North Bay, Nipissing, Muskoka, Parry Sound and Northern Ontario and help to make their lives better. You will inspire your team, communities, regional partners and the broader system in the development of innovative models of delivery while maintaining the highest quality of professional services in adult development services, autism, child development, child and youth mental health, justice services and navigational support.
Organizational and System Transformation
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership to Hands in a period of significant organizational and system transformation, driven by fundamental changes to programs and services at the government level. As CEO you will strategically position Hands to respond to and capitalize on these new developments and build on the preparation that has already been done by the organization. You will keep your team engaged, enthused and involved as they serve Northern Ontario children, youth, adults and families.
In your capacity as CEO and in concert with the Board, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to guide the creation of the organization’s new Strategic Plan. Leading by example, you will champion a performance management culture across the organization, working with community/regional partners and provincial funders to provide programs and services to those in need. You’ll build a network of influence with potential funders, granting agencies and corporate partners that strengthens the long-term fiscal health and sustainability of the organization.
Are you a leader looking for the next step in your career, or an existing CEO looking to return to Northern Ontario?
In addition to your graduate level degree, you have inspired change and high performance in a client-centred culture in the health/social services sector. You are business-oriented and entrepreneurial by nature and excel at building relationships, both internally and externally. You have raised the profile of your organization through high-level diplomacy, community engagement and an innovative approach to program management. You have also established secure and stable funding models that enable improved service delivery.
You will put your compassion, energy and judgment to work for children, youth and their families. You’ll take pride in making a difference in their lives.
