DEPARTMENT/CAMPUS: Human Resources, Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health & Wellness (Travel between sites is required)
HOURS: Typically Days, Monday to Friday
The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) supports an assigned portfolio and provides guidance and counsel to managers bringing a strategic perspective on all functional areas of HR (engagement, staffing, talent and performance management, compliance, employee & labour relations, total rewards, health and safety, leadership coaching and development, etc.). As the SHRBP, you work in collaboration with stakeholders to drive organization effectiveness, capacity and engagement.
