As the Regional Supervisor of Long Term Care you’ll be in an essential leadership role in supporting the facility’s mission of enriching the quality of life for the elderly and disabled in Fort Smith. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a dedicated and competent staff group of Licensed Practical Nurses and Resident Care Aides in the provision of direct health care services within the Northern Lights Special Care Home.

In exchange for your professional nursing and management skills the GNWT offers a generous compensation package that includes a salary range of $92K - $110K, a northern living allowance of about $6K, a defined benefit pension plan, generous annual leave amounts and health/dental coverage.
