The Renal Care Program provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic renal failure for patients in Southwestern Ontario region (excluding Windsor/Essex). The Adam Linton Hemodialysis Unit has 35 stations and provides hemodialysis to both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Reporting to the Coordinator, the Registered Practical Nurse supports patient centered care in the Renal Dialysis Unit. The Registered Practical Nurse acts as member of the multi-disciplinary team to provide patient/ family centered care.
The Renal Care program provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic renal failure for patients in Southwestern Ontario region (excluding Windsor/Essex). The Westmount Dialysis Unit has 24 stations and provides hemodialysis in a satellite setting.
Rate of Pay: $32.21 per hour - $46.11 per hour
