Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Administrator, Long-Term Care, will have complete oversight for the operations of the Apotex Centre, a 472-bed long-term care facility. In this newly created role, the Administrator will spearhead the development of a new business model and leadership structure for the Apotex Centre as a “best in class” organization for seniors care. In addition, the Administrator will lead transformative care initiatives and an exceptional resident experience that focuses on innovation, clinical service optimization, collaboration with key partners and exceptional quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a confident and visionary health system executive with a highly successful leadership track record in a client-focused and complex multi-stakeholder and partner environment, ideally in seniors and/or long-term care. In addition to exemplary executive healthcare leadership and a commitment to a culture of research and academia, he/she will be a collaborative and engaged leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a record of achievement in leading change in dynamic environments
