Job Summary The Sr. Director, Change Management and Implementation is responsible for developing and implementing member engagement strategy to support major OMA initiatives such as health system transformation. The Senior Director will lead the implementation of OMA initiatives for members of the OMA. Responsibilities and Duties Develops change management plans for major health system and OMA initiatives to support and provide value to members; Develops the education and activities of Regional Managers in implementing major initiatives; Develops member engagement strategy on major initiatives; Leads development of stakeholder engagement strategy to align with strategic direction; Drive Knowledge Translation strategy to support change management; Lead cross departmental collaboration to ensure that Regional mangers and KT incorporate the needs of other departments within OMA (e.g. advocacy, practice management etc.), participates in member engagement strategy, and provides necessary feedback from members to the OMA. Qualifications and Skills Master’s Degree in Health Policy or Health Administration. 10+ years’ relevant experience. Experience implementing large scale change. Experience dealing with change of physicians practice.
