Here’s What You’ll Get To Do Develop and implement a nursing plan of care Work in collaboration with the child/family and the interdisciplinary health care team Maintain a specialized clinical competence and knowledge base through a commitment to continued practice development and lifelong learning Utilize evidence-based practice as a base in the promotion of professional accountability Provide safe, competent and ethical nursing care Participate in process improvement initiatives Here’s What You’ll Need Baccalaureate degree and/or Diploma in Nursing Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse   2 or more years’ experience in acute care paediatric nursing required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients and caregivers Demonstrated ability to use your critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork abilities Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced setting.
